Hi! I’m Hilary..
I run a manual therapy practice that aims to shift people out of chronic pain, re-educate their bodies, and reorganize their posture with long-lasting results. With a background in training as an athlete, I developed first-hand experience in understanding everything from vigorous training schedules, performance training, and injury recovery.
I began coaching clients in 2009 as a personal trainer specializing in functional movement and improving balance, stability, and injury recovery. Through the years of helping people move better, I began growing my skills as a certified Fascial Stretch Therapist, training under the founders Ann and Chris Fredrick.
I’ve continued to grow over the years as a manual & movement therapist studying under world-renowned bodywork, teacher, and author, Thomas Myers. After a year of intensive studying in the US with Tom, I opened a Toronto practice offering a unique form of bodywork called Structural Integration.
Clients often find me when they’re desperate to improve their body and nothing else has helped them. My work consists of blending my backgrounds of therapy and movement experience to help folks reclaim their bodies and live better then before.
